Bades Huk is run professionally as a holiday resort – with its own staff, central check-in, housekeeping and maintenance. Owners benefit from a well-established operation without having to handle the letting themselves.
Anyone who does not use their apartment exclusively themselves can place it in the resort rental pool: guests book centrally and revenues are shared under a transparent model. Own use combines with ongoing rental income.
