A second home with service

Even if your property is on another continent: care and maintenance continue while you are at home. And when you are there, you use the services of the house like a hotel guest — reception, housekeeping, restaurants.

We accompany the entire process — from the first question to handover. We have known our projects from the start, and developed many of them ourselves.

    We clarify what you are looking for: location, size, use — and how much own use you actually plan.

    Selection

    We present suitable units in detail — floor plan, running costs, operating concept and brochure.

  3. 03

    Viewing

    On request we arrange the trip to the resort and accompany the viewing. Or we come to you — in Hamburg or at your home.

  4. 04

    Purchase

    Reservation, contract, notary. Where needed we introduce financing partners, tax advisers and lawyers from our network.

  5. 05

    Handover and operation

    After handover the letting runs through the operation — with regular statements. We remain your contact.
